About Our Founder
Tamissa was founded in June of 2005, by Mr.
Christopher Kovitz. He has 15 years of leadership, managerial and
management consulting experience working for Fortune 500 companies,
including Abbott Laboratories, Eaton Corporation and Deloitte Consulting.
He has also conducted business and lead global projects in numerous
countries within Europe, Africa and Asia. Mr. Kovitz holds a degree in
Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the
University of Chicago.
Mr. Kovitz has led numerous global, cross-functional teams
through several successful projects, and recognizes the critical
importance of having superior leadership, communication and interpersonal
skills, and the significant impact they can have on increasing one’s
comfort level and self-confidence in both personal relationships and
social settings. Moreover, a lack of these critical skills can preclude
one from promotions, leadership assignments and general career advancement.
